Moshi vest

This vest still needs a final touch but I am anxious to show this to my friends.....
My first moshi vest with jogakbo pattern.
I used a ssamsol technique which can be translated as a french seam in English.
It took me a whole month to put pieces together and turn it into a vest.
Take a closer look at my hand stitch.... :)

At first I was surprised to see bojagi used in a vest, and then I was delighted to keep looking -- at the translucence, the "movement" of the pops of color, the crisp edges, and of course, your workmanship. How wonderful!

Thank you so much for your kind words!
This was my first attempt to apply bojagi into a garment and I enjoyed the whole process. I intended to make both front panel with bojagi but it was too much.
Please visit me often and see my works!

Warmly,
Youngmin

This vest is beautiful. Have you done this all by hand?
